Our customer is a well-known player in the speciality chemicals sector. They make innovative products that are used to improve the quality of the shampoos that you use, medicines that you take, sports clothes and shoes that you wear, medical equipment that speeds up your recovery and increases your comfort, special coatings that protect your wooden furniture and more.
THE ASSIGNMENT
In the projects department, the customer had various Management of Change projects in progress and they were looking for support for the construction supervision / coordination of the activities.
Bennet Engineering provided support for the project manager, taking care of the day-to-day follow-up of the various tasks carried out by contractors.
OUR APPROACH
Together with the project manager, we took care of the day-to-day follow-up of various projects in the following fields:
- Piping/Mechanical
- Civil engineering works
- Scaffold construction
- Insulation
- Inspecting the construction packages
- Preparing for the piping activities
- Determining the scope
- Scheduling and following up implementation
